A 61-year-old cocaine dealer was arrested in a New Jersey traffic stop after failing to use her turn signal, authorities said. Josephine Dimoplon became the center of an investigation with the Secaucus Police Department in early May, when a concerned citizen tipped them off to her alleged drug-dealing activities, Chief Dennis Miller said. On May 17, at 7:46 p.m., Dimoplon was stopped by the department's anti-crime unit for failing to use her turn signal, according to Miller. A 24-year-old man who was shot and killed at an apartment building near New Jersey City University last month was robbing someone there at gunpoint at the time, authorities said. The development came to light with the arrests of two men who investigators said were involved in the April 30 holdup but not in the death of David Jones, 24. A Hudson County man admitted sharing sexual videos on the dark web that he got from a minor who subsequently committed suicide, federal authorities said. A 13-year-old Paterson resident was shot in the leg, responders said. The Putnam Street teen told police the shooting occurred up the block near a train trestle at River Street around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 22. Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
