A 24-year-old man who was shot and killed at an apartment building near New Jersey City University last month was robbing someone there at gunpoint at the time, authorities said. The development came to light with the arrests of two men who investigators said were involved in the April 30 holdup but not in the death of David Jones, 24. Jones had a gun in his hand and was wearing a ski mask when police found him in the foyer of the College Street building after midnight, according to a police complaint. A Hudson County man admitted sharing sexual videos on the dark web that he got from a minor who subsequently committed suicide, federal authorities said. A 13-year-old Paterson resident was shot in the leg, responders said. The Putnam Street teen told police the shooting occurred up the block near a train trestle at River Street around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 22. Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
