24-Year-Old Sherman Man Charged With Stalking In Bethel BETHEL, Conn. — A 24-year-old man from Sherman was charged with stalking after he was located near a residence he had been ordered to stay away from in Bethel, police said.  Richard F. Delisle 3rd was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, at his home at 24 Green Pond Road in Sherman by Bethel police.  He was charged with first-degree stalking and violation of a protective order, police said.
