In this case, the home in question belonged to his neighbor, a socialite who raised thoroughbred horses.

Suni Munshani, a 54-year-old technology entrepreneur who lives in the Fairfield County town with his family, had long admired Ruth Thomas Bedford’s farm, the Times reported.

When Bedford died in 2014 just one year shy of 100, Munshani bought the farm, the report said.

So far he has spent about $1 million fixing it up; he plans to fork more than $6 million by the time he’s done, the Times reported.
