Monroe Police Seek Suspects In Gas Station Theft

MONROE, Conn. -- Monroe police are on the look-out for two unknown men who stole two cartons of cigarettes from the Buck Stop/Exxon Gas Station on Main Street at Route 25.

According to police, on Dec. 11 an unknown male entered the store and completed a transaction and left. A few minutes later a second man entered the store, requested two cartons of cigarettes and ran out of the store without paying, police said. 

Both men can be seen on surveillance video in the parking lot leaving together. The vehicle appeared to be a small, dark colored, hatch-back type sedan, police said.
