A Monroe man is facing charges that he allowed his girlfriend's 10-year-old son to drive a vehicle through Monroe and streamed it on Facebook live — just like his girlfriend Lisa Nussbam is accused of doing on a separate occasion, Monroe Police said.

Harry Hamlet, 40, was charged with risk of injury to a child Friday. He was released on a promise to appear in state Superior Court in Bridgeport on March 17.

Police said the video was posted to Nussbaum's Facebook account.

She was arrested March 3 on a charge of risk of injury to a child after several Monroe residents who saw the video complained to police. Police released a mugshot of her that showed her with her eyes half open.
