Motley Mixture Mashup Planned For Monroe Library

MONROE, Conn. -- A "Motley Mixture Mashup for Mid-Grades" will occur Wednesday, Jan. 27 at the Edith Wheeler Memorial Library for kids in grades 6-8.

Kids will be able to make slime, Oobleck, elephant toothpaste and "all those slippery substances that are so much fun to get your hands into." Participants are urged to wear an old T-shirt.

The event is from 4-5:30 p.m. Registration is required; register here or call 203-452-2850. The snow date is Feb. 10.
