Geocaching expert Richard White will lead the sessions. Just like Werner used mathematical calculations to determine coordinates in the book, 'All the Light We Cannot See,' we will search for mineralogy themed caches using the latest in GPS technology," a news release notes.

White will teach participants how to use the free app, Geocaching Intro, and guide the geocaching search. To download the app, click here. These special caches will only be available during this exclusive, One Book, One Town event.

This program is limited to the first 30 that register: do so here.

The event will run from 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Folks can drop in between 10 a.m and 12: 30 p.m. at Old Mine Park.
