Threats Of Snow Fill Forecast For Trumbull

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — The forecast for the next week in Fairfield County carries the threat of snow on multiple days, starting Sunday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday will be a sunny day with a high in the low 40s But there is a chance of showers and light snow after midnight and through around 10 a.m. Monday. 

That is followed by a chance of rain as temperatures warm up through the early afternoon. Monday's high will be around 45.

After a partly cloudy day Tuesday with a high in the low 40s, there is a chance of rain and snow both Wednesday and Thursday. Areas farther north are more likely to see snow and/or a wintry mix.

The high temperature both Tuesday and Wednesday will around 45.

After the chance of an icy mix Friday morning, the rest of the day will be partly sunny with the high temperature struggling to reach 40.

The chance of snow each days ranges from 20 percent to 50 percent, according to the weather service.
