FAIRFIELD, Conn. — A two-vehicle crash has closed two southbound lanes of I-95 in Fairfield late Friday morning, the DOT said.
The accident is between Exits 23 and 22, closing the left and center lanes, DOT said.
The traffic backup is nearly 4 miles back into Bridgeport as of noon, DOT said.
The accident was reported at about 11:35 a.m. It was not known when the scene would be cleared or whether there are any injuries.
