Trumbull High Graduation Moves Indoors Due To Stormy Forecast

TRUMBULL, Conn. — Commencement exercises are moving indoors today at Trumbull High School due to the stormy forecast. 

The Class of 2017 won't be on the field for graduation ceremonies. The Trumbull High graduation is moving indoors on Monday.

The event will begin at 5:45 p.m. Monday as Class of 2017 steps off for graduation. 

Doors to Trumbull High School will open at 4:15 p.m. to the public through door #28 only, at the front of the building, said a message from the Trumbull Public Schools.

"Due to limited capacity, only two inside tickets can be provided for each graduate for our ceremony held in the gymnasium," said the statement. 

"Guests can also view our ceremony in the THS Auditorium and Commons. Tickets are not required for seating in these two areas."

You must not be inside Trumbull High to access the stream.

The forecast calls for strong thunder and lightning storms along with heavy rain this afternoon and evening.
