Trumbull Man Arrested After Police Find Him With Pot, Cash

TRUMBULL, Conn. -- A 20-year-old Trumbull man is facing several drug charges after Trumbull police say officers found him with marijuana, drug-packaging items and more than $2,000 in cash in a Trumbull parking lot, according to the Trumbull Times.

Brian Gamarro, of Old Town Road, was in the backseat of the car at about 10 p.m. Aug. 31 when police were alerted by a security guard at a business on Lindeman Drive, police told the Trumbull Times. The car's driver, who is a minor, was released to a parent, the Trumbull Times said.

Gamarro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory, possession with intent to sell and possession with intent to sell near a school. Police said they found two sandwich bags of the drug along with a scale, plastic bags and rubber bands, the Trumbull Times reported.
