REDDING, Conn. -- Redding police are warning residents again to lock their homes and cars as two cars and one home were broken into recently, according to the Redding Pilot.

Police reported that two unlocked vehicles were broken into on Poverty Hollow Road; one was missing nothing, the other was missing $1,500 worth of hiking supplies and clothes, said the Redding Pilot.

In addition, a home was broken into on Cross Highway on Sunday, Feb. 21, by someone breaking a second-story window. Nothing appeared missing from the home, added the Redding Pilot.
