Someone made off with $2,764 in cash from the Jersey Mike’s on Black Rock Turnpike, where the manager came in to find the front glass door shattered and the door pried open, police said.

The burglar stole a safe containing two days’ worth of cash deposits, as well as a cash drawer that requires an electronic code to remove it from the register, police said.

The manager told officers the burglar alarm was not on and the alarm company confirmed it had not been on for three nights, police said.

The interior surveillance cameras were also off.

Police are investigating and reviewing outdoor surveillance.
