Easton Police Warn Of Car Break-Ins In Sport Hill Road Area

EASTON, Conn. -- Easton police are warning residents that they have been responding to reports of vehicles being entered overnight in the lower Sport Hill Road section of Easton.

Officers are strongly urging all residents take valuables out of their vehicles and to lock the doors. 

In addition, to Sport Hill Road, over this past week more than 17 unlocked cars were broken into on Wilson Road, Amante Drive, Sunset Road, Beers Road, Tranquility Drive and Rock House Road, police said.

Most of the thefts included cash, electronics, wallets and ammunition, police said.
