EASTON, Conn. -- Members of the Easton Police Department took part in "Walk a Mile Her Shoes" Saturday to benefit the Center for Family Justice in Bridgeport, which works to bring awareness to sexual and domestic violence and abuse.
Members of the Easton Police Department were recognized for "Best Social Media Post" in regard to the "Walk A Mile In Her Shoes Event."

Some members of the police department wore women's heels for the walk.
Easton Police Chief Tim Shaw, who participated in the walk, was recognized for "Most Creative Shoes" and the Easton Police Department was recognized for "Best Social Media Post."
