Jocquille Adams, 24, of Stratford was identified as being behind the wheel when the 2007 Toyota Scion tC rolled over after crashing into a rock ledge on Route 8 in South Trumbull at 11:10 p.m., said Trooper Kelly Grant of the Connecticut State Police public information office.

Also killed was a female passenger, 22-year-old Bridgeport resident Indira Kranwinkle, who was ejected from the vehicle, police said.

Adams, who was unresponsive when first-responders and police arrived at the scene, was not carrying any identification on him, state police said. He was later ID'd through his fingerprints, according to police.
