Police said investigators had secured a search and seizure warrant for the Harding Place residence of 23-year-old Robert Frey, as well as a car owned by 25-year-old Jeremy "Papo" Colon of Bethel. Before they executed the warrant, they were observing Frey's Harding Place home and saw Frey conduct a suspected drug transaction with 35-year-old Christopher Coursen of North Salem, N.Y., police said.

Police stopped Coursen as he drove away, and found he had Oxycodone pills, which he said he had just bought from Frey, police said.

Police then searched the Harding Place home and Colon's car, as well as both Colon and Frey themselves. Police said they found both were in possession of illegal drugs, and seized Xanax, Oxycodone pills, and marijuana.

Coursen was charged with possession of narcotics and released on a promise to appear in court. Colon and Frey were charged with a number of drug-related charges, including possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, sale of narcotics, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Frey was released on a promise to appear in court, while Colon was issued a $25,000 bond.
