"All vehicles entered have been left unlocked by their owners and valuable items were left inside — especially keys and electronic devices," Easton police said in a Facebook post.

The Easton Police Department has received reports that vehicles have been entered overnight and items were taken.

"We would like to remind you that these are crimes of opportunity," police said. "As a community, we need to remove the opportunity by remembering to remove all articles from your vehicles and to make sure your car is locked at all times."
