Marcela Olivera, a Zumba instructor who broke her ankle five years ago, claimed in a $776,000 lawsuit that she had turned around on the escalator because she had been beckoned to by a mall security guard, The Connecticut Post reported.

A jury in Superior Court in Bridgeport found that the mall was not liable for Olivera’s injuries, The Connecticut Post said.
