Snow Forces Early Closure Of Monroe Town Hall, Library

MONROE, Conn. -- Monroe Town Hall offices, the Edith Wheeler Library and the Senior Center will all close at 4:30 p.m. Monday due to snow conditions, First Selectman Steve Vavrek announced.

All night meetings and programs have been canceled. The planned ribbon cutting for Osteria Romana Restaurant and formal grand opening has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 5:30 p.m.
