Edith Wheeler Library Eliminates Wednesday Hours Due To Budget Cut

MONROE, Conn. – The Edith Wheeler Library will no longer be open on Wednesdays starting on July 1 due to town budget cuts.

The Library will still be open on:

Mondays and Tuesdays: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursdays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fridays: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The library will be closed on Sundays until October.

The meeting room will still be available to outside groups on Wednesdays. Other programs that were held during Wednesday hours have been rescheduled, and other programming has been reduced.
