The library will host a gathering for the yarn crafters on Sunday, Jan. 24, at 2 p.m.

Participants can bring their knitting needles, crochet hooks and yarn, and the library will provide a selection of patterns.

There are no set requirements, but St. Vincent's has requested items in suitable colors for men.

Once the projects are completed, the library staff will deliver them to the medical center.

Provided there is enough interest, the meeting will be turned into a monthly club.
