Passaro oversees the daily operations of the wellness staff, including licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, as they meet the residents’ ongoing care needs.
Passaro has more than a decade of professional nursing and managerial experience that includes skilled nursing services, resident evaluations, admissions, care coordination and supervision.
She most recently served as the supervisor of assisted living services at a retirement community in Bridgeport. “I’m excited to fulfill the Bridges philosophy of care and support the entire wellness team in providing exceptional care to our residents,” she said.
She holds an associate of science, radiology degree from St. Vincent’s College and an associate of science nursing degree from Gateway Community College, where she received a nursing academic achievement award and graduated with honors. She is also a member of Phi Theta Kappa. She is currently earning her bachelor of science nursing degree at St. Vincent’s College.
