FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. — As the snowstorm tapers off on Tuesday afternoon, the birds are once again flying across Fairfield County.

Chickadees need to fatten up during the day to survive frigid nights," said Brookfield resident Tara Maguire, an avid bird lover.
