Where To Find Fireworks In Fairfield County — But Check The Forecast

FAIRFIELD County, Conn. — The weather may not cooperate — there are storms in the forecast for Saturday — but fireworks shows are on the calendar for spots throughout Fairfield County.

Update: Darien will postpone its fireworks show until Sunday evening due to the rainy forecast.

Saturday, July 1st

THE DARIEN FIREWORKS ARE POSTPONED TO THE RAIN DATE: Darien: Darien High School, gates open at 6:30 p.m. (Rain date is July 2)

Greenwich: Greenwich Point and Binney Park at dusk. (Rain date is July 2)

Sunday, July 2nd

Redding: Rock'n Roots Revival at Lonetown Farm & Museum, 43 Lonetown Road, after dusk. (Originally scheduled for July 1. Already moved to its rain date of July 2.)

Fairfield: Penfield and Jenning Beaches at 9:15 p.m. (Rain date is July 3)

Monday, July 3rd

Bridgeport: Bridgeport Bluefish game at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard, after the game. (No rain date) 

Norwalk: Calf Pasture Beach at dusk. (Rain Date is July 5)

Shelton: At the Riverwalk, with a free concert from 7 to 9 p.m.

Westport: Compo Beach at 9 p.m. (Rain Date is July 5)

Tuesday, July 4th

New Canaan: Waveny Park at dusk. (Rain Date is July 5)

Norwalk: Bayley Beach at 9:15 p.m. (Rain date is July 5)

Ridgefield: Ridgefield High School, gates open at 6 p.m. (Rain date is July 5)  

Wilton: Wilton High School at 9:30 p.m. (Rain date is July 5)
