In other words, after five years of renovating -- and a 20-year shuttering -- the 501c3 nonprofit organization, which operates under the mantra "Entertain. Enrich. Educate," is officially open.
To celebrate, it will kick off its new season on Monday, May 15 with "8," featuring eight of Broadway’s top stars.
Expect performances by Betty Buckley (Cats), Mandy Gonzalez (Hamilton), Siobhan Dillon (Sunset Boulevard), Nathaniel Stampley (The Color Purple), Sharon Catherine Brown (Jekyll & Hyde, Dreamgirls, Rent), Telly Leung (Godspell) and Lillias White (Life).
Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; show at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 tickets and can be purchased at www.wallstreettheater.ticketfly.com .
