TRUMBULL, Conn. -- The Trumbull Library is hosting “The Bear Facts: Black Bears in Connecticut,” a presentation on the history of black bears in the state, on Tuesday, Jan. 12, at 7 p.m. in the community room at the main library.
The event, which will be led by conservationist Paul Colburn, will include an overview of black bear habitat, diet, behavior and current research efforts. Human coexistence with the black bear population will also be addressed.
The event is free and open to the public.
