Rina Bakalar, Trumbull’s recently appointed Economic and Community Development Director, will the meeting. It is set for 7:30 to 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 20, at the Trumbull Town Hall Council Chambers.
The event is co-sponsored by the Town of Trumbull in collaboration with the Trumbull Economic Development Commission, Trumbull Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center.
It will attract business owners, developers and brokers interested in building their own businesses and strengthening the local business community.
Attendees will have the opportunity to talk with representatives from CT Innovations, the CT Center for Advanced Technology, the Small Business Center, and many others.
They will also have time to network, to learn more about securing financing, obtaining technical assistance, about energy saving programs, and about workforce resources.
The event is free and designed for business owners, developers, brokers, and others interested in promoting the growth and stability of Trumbull businesses.
Attendees will network and hear about the variety of loans, grants, technical assistance, business development opportunities, energy savings and work force resources available to support all types of businesses. Experts will be on hand from:
