M.EAT Organic Beef & Provisions is all about healthful, flavorful, quality meats that fit today’s educated and enthusiastic food lifestyles -- think ribeye, flank steak, brisket, rack of lamb and so on hand butchered to your liking.

Additional market highlights include a burger bar where customers can choose their own grind of meat types, fat content, and flavor profiles, as well as a variety of organic cheeses and produce to accompany that perfect burger. 

Provisions run the gamut from grilling and seasoning products to meat accoutrements. M.EAT will also carry domestic organic meat, as well as ingredients from Connecticut's local farmers and artisans.
